Welcome to shop.print.az! We strive to deliver your individual printed products quickly and safely within Azerbaijan.
1. Delivery locations: Currently, we only ship products within Azerbaijan. Please stay tuned for updates on international shipping options.
2. Generation time: Orders are prepared within 1-3 working days. Special orders may require additional processing time, which will be clearly communicated during the ordering process.
3. Delivery Rates and Times: Delivery prices and delivery times vary by destination within Azerbaijan. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.
4. Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email to allow you to track the progress of your shipment.
5. Customs, Duties and Taxes: As we only ship within Azerbaijan, international customs duties, fees and taxes do not apply.
Return and Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to make it easy.
1. Returns: You can return your product within 14 days of receiving your order. The product must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it and in the original packaging. Custom made products can only be returned if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
2. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at shop@print.az with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions for returning your product.
3. Refunds: After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your return has been approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a specified number of days.
4. Exchanges: In the event of a defective or damaged product, we are willing to exchange it for the same item. Contact us at shop@print.az to arrange an exchange.
